Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Australia only and do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Days & Hours
Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday between 9:00am – 5:00pm (AEST).
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Processing Time
Please allow up to 2 business days for processing and handling before your order is dispatched. During busy promotional periods this timeframe may be slightly extended.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping
Flat rate: $10 Australia-wide
Free standard shipping on orders over $200
Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days once dispatched
Express Shipping
Flat rate: $15 Australia-wide
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days once dispatched
Orders must be placed before 12:00pm (AEST) to qualify for same-day express dispatch (Monday–Friday).
Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the courier and may vary depending on location.
Clinic Pick-Up
Customers may choose to collect their order from our clinic. You will be notified via email when your order is ready for pickup.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on skincare or beauty products unless the item is faulty or has caused an adverse skin reaction.
If you believe your product is faulty or has caused a reaction, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Photographic evidence of the product and/or reaction
Once assessed, we will advise the appropriate resolution which may include a replacement or store credit.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect address details provided.
